How to claim your refund

If you’ve followed the FLO™ Growth Protocol and didn’t see results, you can submit a claim by following the steps below.

Step 1 — Complete the 150-day protocol

Use the FLO™ Growth Kit daily for 150 days, starting from the date your order was delivered.

To be eligible, one of the following conditions must be met:

  • You purchased the FLO™ Growth Kit – 150-Day Supply (or more)

    OR
  • You purchased the FLO™ Growth Kit and used a minimum total of 4 TrichoFuse™ serums during the 150-day protocol (included in your bundle or purchased later)

Daily use of both FLO™ Brush and TrichoFuse™ is required throughout the protocol.

Step 2 — Document your progress

Provide photo documentation of your journey, including:

  • 1 baseline photo taken at the start
  • Monthly progress photos (every 30 days)

Use consistent lighting.Take photos from the same angles. Dry hair, no styling products.

Two angles are advised for accuracy (not mandatory)

Step 3 — Submit your claim

You can submit your claim between Day 150 and Day 170.
